I like "little_chicago" it's a great book reference.
I would be glad to help moderate, though with school my availability is somewhat iffy. Summer, depending on if I get this internship or not, would give me more time to get involved.
I like the semi-application idea. It would be some way to make regulating things okay. There should probably be some sort of general rules too, such as no wank, play nice, and probably something about spoilers just for when some of us read the books before other people.
If I have any other ideas, I'll mention them, right now my brain is still back in 1893 Chicago, lol.
